I'm just going to start by posting stuff verbatim as it was emailed to me. After getting stuff in place, I'll see if editing might help it look better.
I'd also like to add some information of my own about water collection systems. My dad has been collecting rainwater out in Indiana, and it really helps the plants in the garden flourish compared to just using tap water. But Indiana's a wet state, where they don't use sprinklers, cause it rains every week. It's apparently a disputed topic in the west, but my preliminary research found that it's legal in Utah, thanks to a bill that passed in 2010. I may wind up writing my research paper about that. In any case, I'm going to add some of that info to a page here as well.
